Seasonal affective disorder is a real thing for some people during the winter months. Help beat the blues by getting outside on sunny days, eating healthy foods, take in a bit of exercise, and try out some of our Winter Blues tea. A wonderfully upbeat blend of St. John’s Wort, green tea, nettle and ginko that may help you come out of the cold winter a little more upbeat and refreshed. Green tea is a supporting ingredient here, so caffeine is kept to a pretty low level. We suggest having 1-2 cups in the morning or early afternoon for several days at a time. Although St. John’s Wort has been used for hundreds of years, do take extra caution if you are on other medications, as this herb can have negative interactions with other chemical medications you may be taking. Pleasant and comforting taste and brews a rich brew color from the butterfly pea blossoms. Low in caffeine
