This puerh is a savory rich brew that compliments food. Cooked pu-erh mixed with Nuo Mi Xiang, a Chinese rice scented herb, in the form of individually wrapped mini tuo-cha. It actually smells and tastes just like sticky rice! Each tuo cha weighs about 5g and is a good amount for a large cup or even a small teapot (14-18oz).Â
Brewing Instructions:
Steep 3-5 min at 210°F, good for multiple steepingsÂ
