Dark twisted leaf made in the style of Da Hong Pao grown in the Wuyi Mountains in Fujian, China. This variety is lightly roasted over charcoal imparting a caramel fudge-like taste. First tasting is of cooked apple and hazelnut, then stronger mineral notes come out with a soft lingering clay finish.
