Enjoy this delicious ripe puerh that has been aged inside the rind of a whole tangerine! The puerh leaves were stuffed in wet, then allowed to dry and mature for about a week in the sun. The puerh is very dark shou puerh leaves and have a wonderful smooth and earthy character, paired with the strong aroma and taste of the tangerine. For extra citrus flavor, break off a chunk of the tangerine peel to steep along with the tea.
Each little tea stuffed tangerine is individually wrapped and weighs about 25 grams, enough to make 8-12 cups.
Steep 3-5 min at 210°F, good for multiple steepings
