Taiwan oolong harvested in winter 2021; green rolled leaf that is minimally oxidized resulting in a tea that is complex in flavor. You will first notice the flowery aroma of the dry leaves. The brewed tea will have a strong fragrance of orchid, plum blossom and steamed jasmine rice. Full bodied with a heavy mouthfeel, tasting the tea you will find exceptional smoothness with notes of cream and citrus flower. Experiment with slightly different brewing temperatures and times; we have found that higher temperatures (around 205 F) result in strong floral notes, while lower brewing temperatures (around 190 F) result in more creamy and sweet flavors.
