Handpicked from high mountain tea bushes in Taiwan, the makers follow time honored techniques of withering, oxidation, rolling, and repeating. The finished product is a tightly rolled green leaf that yields a light colored infusion. Incredibly smooth flavor with notes of flowers and creamed honey that linger on the palette.
