This is our version of a masala chai; meaning tea with spices. Made with traditional ctc black tea mixed with spices including cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. This chai brews a dark strong cup that stands up beautifully in a chai latte and is definitely much spicier than the American Chai. Commonly served with milk and sugar.
