Try this unique lightly oxidized oolong tea that is a cross between a high quality Ti Kuan Yin and Huang Jin Gui, which is a semi-oxidized oolong with more of a sweet flavor. The resulting combination is a rich and complex oolong which can last for many infusions. The tightly rolled leaves have a bright green color and the aroma upon first inspection is richly creamy and slightly floral. The creamy flavor is present in the taste of the brewed tea and also has flavor notes of pineapple, melon, fresh grass, green apple, and leafy greens.
