Aged under strict conditions minimizing heat and humidity, the tea is then removed and lightly roasted every 2-3 years. This technique creates a smoother mouthfeel and complex flavor profile.
Aroma is herbaceous with basil and thyme and a bit of malt. The brewed tea has a buttered bread fragrance. Interesting flavor notes of raisins, honey and crackers.
