Made exclusively from purple tea buds that have been lightly aged (approximately 3 years) in a moist open air facility in Yunnan, China. Recommended for any pu-erh enthusiast or connoisseur. The light aging has made for an incredibly complex flavor profile; while the dry leaf has the aroma of earthiness, and mild pungency, the brewed tea is smooth and has strong notes of cherry, plum, date, floral, and thick mouthfeel.
